Meet Phyllis A Dupuis, Ph.D.
Phyllis began her career as an instructor at the Louisiana Technical College, Lafayette Campus. She worked with the Louisiana Community and Technical College system as a teacher and Tech Prep Coordinator. She also worked at the college campus level as Assistant Director, Director, Regional Director and completed her career as the interim Chancellor of the largest community and technical college in the state.
She has been certified in Emergenetics , National Career Pathways Leadership, Supervisory Techniques Comprehensive Training Program (administered by the Louisiana Department of Civil Services/Division of Administration) and is a graduate of the inaugural Leadership Development Institute for the state system of community and technical colleges. Her post-graduate level work centers on leadership and the development of leadership skills. Additionally, she is particularly well versed in workforce development and career training.
Phyllis is retired and enjoys family gatherings, traveling, and fostering leadership development.
